Basically, using the technology of high speed rail with switching magnetic polarities along a track, but utilizing it in engine form. Hard to describe in an idea, but it is not only possible, it works. The earth even spins as a magnetic engine. The answer has been under us the whole time. Not oil. Deeper. Magnetics.
