useing a hot air ballon ,a series of vary large air purifiers would be hung from beneath it and set on a returnable course over major cities with high pollution averages.
Flight height would be below normal airspace to prevent run-ins with commercial flights yet high enough to clean the air higher than common stack scrubbers.
The pluses of this invention or idea is not only does it provide and create cleaner air it also creates a fair amount of jobs. They would need service on a revolving 24/7 basis which would require a ground crew.
Also there is a technical side to them where they can be run remotely from the ground via an on-board computer system which could also be looped into national weather centers for various reasons not to mention homeland security issues.
