The idea is for use in hybrid cars. Capture exhaust manifold, catalytic converter, and exhaust pipe/muffler waste heat to create steam to drive a pump or turbine to create more electricity to charge the batteries of the hybrid vehicle.
This system in combination with a hho generator supplying hho to the intake of the engine could greatly reduce fuel used by hybrid vehicles and charge the batteries even when the vehicle is turned off.
